PLEASE NOTE: All CoyoteVest products purchased from a Retail Partner must be returned to the Retail Partner in accordance with their return policy.
Please examine items when they arrive! Quality control is extremely important to us, so we only ship the best quality items. If the product arrives damaged/defective/incorrect buyer must contact CoyoteVest within 72 hours of receipt. Documentation must be provided by customer for Domestic/International Orders. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label. When the item is received and verified (damage/defect verified and product unused), we will exchange the product at no additional cost to the buyer.
CoyoteVest is not able to accept items that have been damaged or misused. The purpose of the CoyoteVest is to slow down or prevent a surprise attack. CoyoteVest products are for intervention and can be damaged if it is used improperly.
Products may be returned within 30 days from shipping date if unused and if clean and new original condition (no exceptions to this policy). Once the items are received and it has been verified that they are in their *new original condition, we will issue a refund excluding the value of any shipping charges from the original order (including the RMA Shipping Program). *Please note that orders with free shipping (the cost to deliver package to customer) will be charged the actual shipping charge if the package is returned for a cash refund. If the items are returned damaged for any reason (including due to use, dirty, hair, or poor return shipment packing. Products/items must be returned in original box); we reserve the right to reduce refund amount up to 100% of the damaged item's retail value. *Products cannot be returned if permanently modified (ie. the waist strap has been cut). Product should be clean and in new original condition. If your dog/cat sheds please use a lint brush or blue tape to remove the dog/cat fur before returning. We reserve the right to charge a minimum of a $5 cleaning fee if the vest is covered in hair. We want our next furry friend to have a nice new vest to wear. In an effort to combat the use of counterfeit labels, USPS now confiscates and discards packages with invalid labels. In addition, USPS will not accept claims for packages lost due to the use of refunded or otherwise invalid labels.
It is important that all labels are used within 30 days of purchase and to never use labels that have been refunded.
We recommend that you measure your pet twice to ensure the correct size. Nonetheless, we understand you may need to exchange for a better fit. Products may be returned within 30 days from shipping date and must be in new original condition.
We now offer exchanges or return for a store credit or cash refund. A cash refund can take up to 10 days to process. Returned items or Exchanges must be in new original condition for a full credit and in the original box when returned. The same Shipping and handling protocol applies as per the above Return Information.
At this time our return system will only allow Exchange for a different color/size of the same product. If you want to exchange for different product you can return for store credit and then use that store credit to order the different product.
Are there any charges for my refund?
Yes. We do not pay for any returns of your choice coming back to us. All returns get processed through re:do (our returns center).
If you purchased the $1.98 returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package back to CoyoteVest Facility. You will be able to process the label through re: do directly.
If you did not purchase the $1.98 returns + *exchange protection at the original time of check out, or if you would like a cash refund, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to CoyoteVest Returns dept. *If the buyer has already used Free Shipping for the first order, to exchange CoyoteVest will charge for shipping the second time. An invoice will be sent for the shipping charge (which covers the carrier cost) on the exchange.
How do I ship back the items?
All of our returns get processed through re: do (our returns and exchange platform.)
Log in to the re:do account center to submit a return request. You will follow the instructions by login in with the email provided at the original checkout time or your order number.
Select the correct order and item you wish to submit a return for and follow the instructions until you complete the process.
You will be prompted with several steps to complete your return.
Once your request is complete, you will receive an approval or denial for your return.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email if any further information is needed. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your return request immediately through re:do.
If approved, the store credit request will be processed immediately after the returned items have been received.
You will receive an email with your gift card when the process is finalized.
