Returns, Exchanges, and Quality Guarantee
Retail Partner Purchases
All products purchased from a Retail Partner must be returned directly to that retailer in accordance with their specific return policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Quality control is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

72-Hour Window: You must contact CoyoteVest within 72 hours of receipt.

Documentation: Customers must provide photos/documentation for both Domestic and International orders.

Resolution: Once the defect is verified (and the product is confirmed unused), we will provide a return label and exchange the item at no additional cost.

Note on Misuse: We cannot accept items damaged through improper use or "surprise attacks." Our products are for intervention; they are not indestructible.
The Return & Exchange Policy
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date, provided they are in new, original condition.
Condition Requirements

Cleanliness: Items must be free of dirt and pet hair. Use a lint brush or tape before returning.

Cleaning Fee: A minimum $5 fee applies if the vest requires hair removal.

No Modifications: Products with cut waist straps or permanent modifications are ineligible for return.

Packaging: All items must be returned in the original box to avoid damage.
Refund & Shipping Fees

| With $1.98 re:do Protection | Return/Exchange shipping label is FREE through our portal. |
| Without re:do Protection | Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. |
| Cash Refunds | Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the order had "Free Shipping," the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. |
| Installment Payments | Shop Pay/AfterPay orders incur a 6% processing fee. |
| Damaged Returns | We reserve the right to reduce refunds by up to 100% for items returned dirty, hairy, or poorly packed. |
How to Process a Return/Exchange
All requests are handled via our Redo Account Center.

Log In: Use your original order email or order number.

Select Items: Choose the items and the reason for the return.

Approval: Once submitted, you will receive an approval or denial notification.

Exchanges: Our system currently only allows even exchanges (same product, different size/color). To switch to a different product, please return for Store Credit and place a new order.

Refund Timelines

Store Credit/Gift Cards: Processed immediately after the item is received and inspected.

Cash Refunds: Can take up to 10 business days to process.
Shipping Security & USPS Policy

Counterfeit Labels: Per USPS policy (11/2023), packages with invalid or previously refunded labels will be confiscated and discarded.

Validity: All labels must be used within 30 days of purchase.

Self-Shipping: If using your own carrier, you must use tracking and insurance.
