If you used PayPal to make your purchase please DO NOT report a problem in the PayPal resolution center, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund in a timely manner. Normally we issue a refund within 1 - 2 business days upon receipt of the returned items. If you report a problem in the PayPal resolution center your refund will be delayed 30-45 days and you will be unable to place any additional orders in our store.
Products may be returned within 30 days from purchase date if unused and in new original condition (no exceptions to this policy). To return an item, please use our *RMA page.
To help our customers with returns we are offering a fast and easy return process. Simply check the items you are returning to generate a shipping label.
If your order was placed before 3/15/2023, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
For orders placed after 3/15/2023, If you purchased the $1 returns + exchange protection (re:do) at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package for store credit or an exchange. Otherwise the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the items are received and it has been verified that they are in their *new original condition, we will issue a refund excluding the value of any shipping charges from the original order (including the RMA Shipping Program). *Please note that orders with free shipping (the cost to deliver package to customer) will be charged the actual shipping charge if the package is returned for refund. If the items are returned damaged for any reason (including due to use, dirt, debris, hair or poor return shipment packing. Products/items must be returned in original box) we reserve the right to reduce refund amount up to 100% of the damaged item's retail value. *Products cannot be returned if permanently modified (ie. the waist strap has been cut). Product should be in new original condition. If your dog/cat sheds please use a lint brush or blue tape to remove the dog/cat fur before returning. We want our next furry friend to have a nice new vest to wear :).
Please package your return as per our return policy (must return in the original box) as shown in the video below. Once we receive your package we will inspect and refund accordingly to our return policy, minus any shipping charges paid by CoyoteVest.
**ShopPay customers: CoyoteVest will charge 3% ShopPay, processing fees on returns. Exchanges excluded.

Return Policy for Retail Partners
It's really important that you repackage your CoyoteVest Pet Body Armor properly to avoid damage and ensure a full refund. Must use the same box that your merchandise was received in. Please remove the spikes from the vest and then roll the vest lightly from the top to bottom. Place all the collar and back spikes in the box and lay flat. If you are also returning CoyoteWhiskers, and they have already been assembled, please remove the nylon strands from the cups and place everything back in a plastic bag and lay flat in the bottom of the box.
Please be careful with your packaging as we want our next furry friend to have a nice new vest to wear!
