Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• A prepaid shipping label will be generated for you through our withdrawal portal.

• The cost of this label will be automatically deducted from your final refund.

Refunds

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until:

1. We have received the returned goods, or

2. You have provided verifiable proof that the goods have been shipped back to us (whichever happens first).

Policy Exceptions

This right of withdrawal applies to most items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions as outlined in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU. Non-returnable items include:

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Perishable goods

• Sealed personal hygiene products (if unsealed after delivery)

• Digital products or downloadable content
