Shipping & Delivery Information

At CoyoteVest, we want to get your pet’s new armor to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! We take pride in our high-quality workmanship and are dedicated to helping keep your fur babies safe.

Processing & Cancellations

  • Quick Turnaround: We typically process and package your order within 1-2 business days.

  • Cancellations: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you change your mind, please wait for the package to arrive and follow our return process for a refund.

  • Carrier Control: While we work fast to get your order out the door, please understand that once the package is with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL), the delivery speed and handling are out of our direct control.

     

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE Domestic Economy Shipping on retail orders of $10 or more!

    • Note: You must select the free shipping option at checkout to receive this offer.

  • Flat Rate Options: We offer a $4 flat rate via USPS First Class for packages up to 3lbs (insured up to $200).

  • Expedited Needs: If you need your CoyoteVest gear by a specific date, we highly recommend selecting UPS or DHL Calculated Shipping at checkout.

International Shipping

We are happy to protect pets all around the world! For our international community, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) labels to make the process easier.

  • What is DDP? This means we use a service that calculates and allows you to pay for all Duties and Taxes at checkout. This helps prevent your package from getting stuck in customs and ensures a more predictable delivery.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: If Duties are $0 then your region may not charge duties OR the system is not working as it should and therefore will not print a Delivered Duty Paid label. 

Customer Responsibility: While we facilitate the calculation, all duties, taxes, and import fees remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Price Adjustments: On rare occasions, if a local customs office determines that additional funds are required beyond what was collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for that difference.

  • Refused Packages: If a package is refused or returned, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping or storage fees incurred.

Important Notes for All Orders

  • Accuracy is Key: Please double-check your email, shipping address, and phone number before completing your order. We cannot change the address once the package has shipped.

  • Safety First: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a safe location for delivery. CoyoteVest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as "delivered."

  • Fraud Protection: To protect our customers, we may occasionally cancel and refund orders that trigger fraud alerts.

  • Re:do Protection: We offer Re:do for just $1.98 at checkout. If you keep this option selected, you will receive a free return or exchange label should you need a different size!
