"Got this for my 39 pound Border Collie Australian Shepard mix. After measuring his neck I ordered him a medium. Turns out a Large would of fit better. The medium fits but it’s fastened on the 2nd to last hole. The spikes are very long and surprisingly sharp. I purchased this for our hikes and backpacking trips. I hope it works as one free pass against any aggressive animal wild or domestic that goes for his neck"

"Not only did the spiked collars make my boys look bad ass, it also kept them safe during a recent visit out of the city. The day before we arrived, a small yorkie had been coaxed and taken by a coyote. Our first day, up the street from where we were staying, a mountain lion took a baby pig from a farm. It was reassuring to know that if my two little dudes left my sight, they were still somewhat protected. I oftentimes forgot they were wearing their collars and would pick them up to snuggle them, and would get poked pretty sharply! I can't imagine an open mouth chomping down on those spikes - ouch! I thought the products were a tad bit pricey, but the safety of my babies is priceless. 10/10 would recommend!"
