"Good collars, they perform as advertised. Only things I disliked about the product are that the leather buckle that holds the end of collar is rather thin and I don't think it will last long with wear and tear, especially in the -40 cold we get here it could easily break one winter. A metal piece would've been better, or thicker leather at least. The spikes are very nice, but offsetting the middle row would've been better. As of now the spikes position acts a bit like a bed of nails and spreads the weight, getting less penetration from the spikes if they need to do their job. With the grey wolves in my area and bears maximum defense is wanted. Lastly a natural looking leather option like saddle leather would be a great bonus. The collars look nice as is but the "faux gator" leather look I don't like at all personally. I bought the collars for the practical aspect not esthetics. But in the end esthetics ultimately still impacts what collar I decide to buy over another. Overall I'm ok with my purchase, I know they'll help protect my dogs."

"This is my fifth color that I have purchased along with two full vests for my dogs. My dog was recently attacked by a coyote and survived thanks to the coyote collar. I am convinced this is what saved his life. Personally because I'm paranoid. I have now doubled up and put two colors on each dog to ensure their safety."
